I did cruise that, it does look concise. If i were to commit to routine adherence, no doubt it would do fine. In my experience there are two objectives to meet.
#1--you gotta have your numbers, many a good tradesmen end up in fingerless gloves simply because of this
#2--you have 2 minutes to size up a potential customer, and this is the hard one, there is no Dale-Carnegie course on this.
