This unit is for an Onion storage and processing facility. They have their own substation so that will keep the neighborhood lights on bright. However, I think living in a neighborhood next to an Onion processing plant would be bad enough.

The LRA I gave is per compressor. All of the contactors and overloads have been sized to cover it. It ended up being one size bigger than the equivalent Copeland Screw compressor we use in our standard line.

My company can be found on the web at RAE-CORP.COM if anybody wants to see some of the equipment we make.

Thanks for the help.

By the way, since we restrict our supply by stating max fuse and wire type (copper only 75 deg. C)the customer has agreed to run dual runs of 500MCM. They liked it though, it saved them quite a bit of money. The disconnect was one they had from a previous job that never came to be and is now being replaced with an 800A fused disconnect in clear view of the service door.
