I,m trying to ste up a job bar chart showing the anticipated flow of a project,scheduling all trades.i,m and used to doing this by hand with highlighters,any suggestions of how and what software to do this by computer.

Microsoft Project works well for this. It's a bit pricey though. Primavera is a good one too but you will pay dearly for that!

I tried to make one in Exell a while ago, and gave up. Yeah, "Project" is hip, and really pricey!
