Trumpy, the real world? Cute. Maybe I'm relating too closely with Sparkeee24's problem, but I've been there.

Perhaps I should say that I improved production by reducing my crew by one. Getting rid of the "visitor" freed up the people he was visiting.

Just make sure you bring the pay up, for everyone, this way, when they fail to produce you can replace them with ease,
or start them at a base pay, and increase pay on production.

Brian, , Be realistic about what can be done in a day or an hour. Everyone has a different pace they work at. If you push past that pace accidents will likely happen. I myself tend to work faster than average and work more hours than average to get the job done, thats my way but not everyones.
Don't let your newfound position go to your head, it will swell up and others will notice.
