I can't find anyone local to repair Greenlee hydraulic tools. I have an 882 that the pump and ram leak. I also have several K.O.
pumps that leak. Should I ship them out or is it an easy fix? Thanks for any info.

Most hydraulic problems are simply worn soft parts like seals.

Usually you can buy a 'kit' of the soft parts and it is simple to take the item apart and replace the seals.

However be careful of spring loaded parts, a Greenlee punch head comes to mind.

If you do not have ways to deal with the spring pressure send the parts out.

As Bob pointed out, there are re-build kits available. The hand pumps are a very easy repair and should take less than 1/2 hour.

Any hydraulic shop should be able to handle the rams or the KO heads. They would also be able to correct any wear on steel parts and re-plate them with chrome.

Wewire, where are you located? I got parts for the same type of repairs from Kimmerle Bros. in San Francisco. http://www.greenlee.textron.com/support/repaircal.html
