I agree with iwire and winnie. You still need to provide a ground at the panel, but it doesn't need to be, and shouldn't be in a detached structure, connected to the ground in the disco. You need a grounding system for that building only. You still don't bond the neutral and ground in the sub panel.

Slightly OT advice, but if you've got cloth insulation, run new wire.

Eagle If you only run 3 wires from one structure to the other you have to bond the neutral to ground at the second building.
