Does anybody know the requirements for pool certification inspections in NJ. I've had a hard time getting good info on this. If I've got my details right, they are required every 5 years (this is for a public swimming pool) and that the certification is only that everything metal in the vicinity of the pool is properly bonded and grounded.
Am I right? Is it really every 5 years an what's the test procedure? Check everything against ground rod to be less than 1 ohm?
