I have to bid on a complete rewire and services and subpanel upgrades for two complexes. One is a 3 single unit complex and other is a 4 single unit complex. Each individual unit is about 800sqft.
My questios is can i treat this as one main 200Amp disconnect with 3 or 4 60 amp individual mains?
If not can i use the standard load calculation for each unit and add it all up to see what my main will be?

PS. It is all gas heater and cooking appliance. One laundry unit for both buildings.

Merci

You have to do both.
Each individual unit must have it's feeder calculated, and the building must have it's size calculated for the entire building loads.
