AFCI's are now available at Blue Grass Electric in Lewisburg, WV...

Not without much prodding and annoying reminders from yours truly...

Cutler Hammer 1-20 AFCI CB = $29
General Electric 1-20 AFCI CB = $39

I can be 2002 compliant a few months early!

(The five they've stocked of each will be waiting for me to buy them, I doubt they get sold to anyone else...)

$29 for a Cutler-Hammer? And they need to be on all bedroom circuits.... boy do I hear a LOT of complaining coming soon from builders and homeowners.

I honestly haven't asked my suppliers about availability yet. Guess I ought to get to it..

Those prices are low compared to what I've been seeing.
