I am in Mass but there is a guy in Loyal WI that is having major problems with a piece of equipment in his shop at his house. I believe it to be either a ground issue or the equipment itself. Need a house call from someone....
Not looking for a freebee.

You might try the "electrician finder" that Bill has on this site.
