Your AHJ may want the circuit breakers, (including the main) tested or replaced. Especially if the area has been excessivly damp, or smokey, or heat damaged. I often ask for a megger test, the ins company often has the electrician replace the equipment because of the cost of testing. Again, check with the AHJ.
