i think i've got to go into that newsgroup by time...

What i was told by an old electrician at work is using the flex on walls, mounted and fixed as a solid should be, is not allowed. But this sure may be wrong, thanks for correcting ranger.

I guess it used to be wrong, or at least _no one_ ever did it that way, so it just feels wrong. I sometimes did it, but never really considered it anything else but temporary wiring.
