Chris, although this is an immediate financial impact on yourself, it will weed out some of those that have no substance and are in reality a thorn in your side, this in turn may allow some bids to increase.

In any market the supply and demand is directly proportionate to the financial world. Flood the supply and nobody survives.

Don't be tempted to moonlight under an owners name, check the statutes and see what the penalty's are.

Those left standing after this will be able to pay for it.

I would look at this as being a help not a hindrance.

I don't believe that my incorporating(done deed)will weed out the "thorns".One can only hope.
