Can anyone note me an easy way to make-up a dead end three way and four way, or suggest a book that speaks laymans english.

Do you mean a 3-way and 4-way switch set up as a switch loop (no neutral carry-through)?

Sparky,
Did you notice the fixture connections on the bottom drawing of the 4-ways?

No I didn't notice the fixture connections on the bottom drawing.

Also, I'm speaking on sending the switch-leg on the Neutral. Actually, I got the information today, but thanks for your knowledge.

Isn't the white taped wire going to the fixture is a violation of 200-7(c)(1)?
I would have made a transition at the light outlet to make the travelers white&red, thereby allowing black to connect to the fixture.

Its actually 200-7c2, but you're abolutely right Redsy! I see this violation more on these internet drawings than I see it done correctly. This code requirement is ancient!
