In a 200A OH service tri-plex will be 1/0, should the riser also have 1/0, or 3/0 because it is in conduit? Riser will be CU THWN-2, Sun Resist.

If this is a service for a dwelling, 2/0 copper is fine, if it is for any other occupancy, you'll need at least 3/0 copper.
