I ahve a question for my fellow Washington state, Seattle area, electricians. I have a family member who lives there and has a neutral lug burned on the topside of the meterbase. In my area the Poco takes care of this, but there it seems to be a different ballgame. Just wanting to know a few things like; do you cut and rehook the overhead or does POCO, will the POCO cut the O/H to replace a meterbase if homeowner does it, and what are the rates there ( was told $100 per hr and up)? Thanks for any assistance guys, if anybody can help it is my fine fellows here.
