Second fixture (same kind) stopped working last night...

No heat, no funny odors, just plain 'ol quit.

Can't get the link to the UL site to work...the listing is E205961.

Here's where you type that number in...

Anybody have experience with these?

I typed in e205961 and clicked the "search" button and got 2 listings one US and one Canadian for "GENERAL INNOVATIONS L L C"
File #QOWZ.E205961 for US and #QOWZ7.E205961 Canadian.
