I agree with LAwyers especially. Had a service call. Lawyer owned a commercial building where he also had an office. F.A. system was in trouble mode. Long story short, one battery was dead, the other seemed fine. I replaced it and gave the bill to the secretary. Lawyerhas me meet him only so he could grill me for 45 mins on why a battery costs so much. I told him, call the supply house and mentioned he should change both batteries. He didn't like the price of the 1st one. Several months went by, next battery died. Same thing. Replaced it, billed and in for another conference over a bill. I finally told him, I can't believe you are a lawyer, you own this building, it's a life safety issue here, and your complaining over a $100 bill. Anyway, got paid, next time they called I just told them I was too busy, to look in the phone book.
