I am looking for information on the nationwide, or individual adoption of NFPA 72, Fire Alarm Code, and the International Plumbing Code?

BOCA?, ICBO?, SBCCI?

Thanks Bill: This link is what I needed. I am still interested in the NFPA 72 adoption process.

Similar to NFPA 70, 72 gets accepted at the state level, generally as a reference standard of the state's building code.
