still looking for an answer? Tom replied, said too look at 411-4 , makes sense but still cannot find anything about underground low energy circiut cable 150v. can someone help??

I've looked in the UL "White Book" & your cable is listed as "Wires, Miscellaneous (ZMHX) ." According to the listing, information about the installation, ampacity, etc, is included in the marking found on the tag, reel or carton. Since this type of cable does not appear as a Chapter 3 wiring method, the concealed part of the installation will need to be one of the chapter 3 methods, romex probably being the easiest.

Anything else you need to know about the cable, try calling the manufacturer.
