What's not right??

This was called in for 'final' inspection for a utility co. cut-in-card.

I spent 20 min. explaining what and why at least three times.

He might be able to cook a pop tart in the gap between those 2 cabinets.
If "Caper" (Harold Endean) was here, we would be talking about hot dog cookers.

Is Harold still around?

Haven't seen him in awhile.

Off topic, but I have email comm with Harold regularly.

He's 'up north' from me in Boonton and adjacent towns. He is well, and busy.

BTW, this was ripped apart and redone. The neutral block in the CT was isolated to prevent parallel grounds, as the bond is at the main OCP for this bldg.

Funny part of this was the many times I explained what is NG to the EC. He just didn't get it?

edit:
Since Joe T is not around, I thought a few pics could start some activity.

I can't imagine spending more than a few minutes explaining 300.20 HotOne

You're obviously a very patient man.....

Did he have to pull in new cables to parallel the conductors properly through the two raceways? It looks like they were cut too short to reach. If he doesn't understand neutrals, he also clearly doesn't understand inductive heating...
