Hello All.

I have this buried High Voltage Transmission line going through my 10 acre property. It is written into the deed and shown on my Survey Plat.

I discovered it awhile ago but not sure what to make of it.

Could someone possibly tell me if it is safe or if it is supposed to be like this? How can I fix it?

Thanks All,

Did you excavate it or is this erosion?
If it is erosion I would start with the PoCo and then escalate up through the utilities commission and the political structure.

No it is not supposed to be like that. They have an easement for a buried conduit, not an exposed safety hazard.
