Have a home ill be doing the wiring and plumbing for in the next month. Already was told the job is mine just need to get a bid together for the total job cost.
The home is a single level home with full basement which will be wired but unfinished for now. 2065sq ft main level slightly less in the basement 430sq ft attached garage. The homeowner wants to mainly use can lights 75 of them is what we planned out leaving four as spares. 4 exhaust fans in the 3 bathrooms. 3 bedrooms. All two chandeliers, 4 surface mount lights, 5 ceiling fans. Under cabinet lighting in kitchen with 3 pendants. All appliances are gas except for double oven.
Lots of 3 ways and 4 ways. 200 amp service.
He's paying for all the light fixtures, I'm including the cans and devices along with if course wire, boxes, labor..

Where to start?? Thanks for the help!!

Even the dryer is gas? That is unheard of in these parts.
