Our automotive shop tech said he saw some type of device which was yellow in color, was made of rubber, he thought, and provided protection to a 4-square metal box with a 240v, 3-wire flush outlet, which is connected via a cord. The protection was mainly visual, for a tripping hazard, not from weather/moisture. He said it looked like it had a pyramid shape, which I assume kept it upright. Perhaps the 4-square box attached to it. He said it was portable.

Anyone have a link to where I may get one of these?

Thanks in advance.

Sounds like something that would have been made by Daniel Woodhead Company. I believe they were bought out by Hubbell.
