Greg,

Still have another story. Another fiberglass pool goes in and I ask the EC if he ever had any problem with "Stray Voltage". He said no why? Just asking, I said. A week later he calls me up and asks me what I know about stray voltage. He had some on his job site. He was leaning over the pool to hook up the pool light when he got wacked with voltage. (Around 30-50 volts, I think) Not a lot but enough to feel it and being the EC he knew that there was no power to the pool. To get rid of it, he drove 10' ground rods every 10' around the whole pool. When he came around to the last side of the pool, the voltage dropped down to 1-3 volts.
