Folks,
I've posted this thread in this area because the site it links to isn't really what you would call a US-centric site.

It seems more European-based although there are some things on the site that refer to the US.

What the site seems to be, is the work of one guy, who is looking educate electrical people in things like low voltage, medium voltage and high voltage systems and protection.

Bear in mind, some of the grammar is terrible, but I don't think that detracts from what the site is aiming to do.
