A recent workplace accident thet resulted in the death of an 'erotic dancer' illustrates an important thng about OSHA jurisdiction.

The dancer missed a leap, and fell to her slow, painful death to the floor 15 ft below.

Will OSHA issue a citation?

I doubt it. You don't see OSHA shutting down the circus because of the tight rope walkers, trapeze swingers, the human cannon ball, and the 50 clowns that pile out of the miniature car...

The group in the little car are safe from OSHA interference.

As a matter of professional courtesy, clowns don't regulate other clowns.
