We have a couple delta/wye 12.5KV to 480V padmounts where I work. We've always bonded the X0 paddle to the ground grid and the transformer enclosure. The MCC's they are connected to do not have a location for a neutral, (except in the 120/240V 1phase distribution section) just a ground bus.
Everything else is ungrounded delta/delta..
