hey,
i'm really a process safety type guy & my electrical experience has always been lock it out or leave it alone but in this new facility we need to clean a large dust build up over live 12.4 kv insulated lines going into transformers and along the wire trays leading there (maybe 1000' or so). they have done this before here before i started by mainly using shop vacs with long extensions, is there a safe way to do this? any tips, recommendations, suggestions, comments are appreciated
