Looks like a classic case of Sub-Frequency Resonance, coupled with Elementary School Calisthenic Concepts, then sprinkled with Smoke Leakage contact affects from the Marijuana Dispensary, located to the lower right-hand side of the rebounding 2 Circuit Steel Structure.
