These cameras do indeed carry healthy price tags. We have two at over 20K each, these are primarily used by our motor shop and used for preventitive maintenance for customers.

Now back to the exploding receptacle.

My question to you folks is: What could cause such a thing? Should I be as worried as I am? YES Should I just replace the breaker?WAY OFF BASE Or should I call someone in to take a look at it?YES, YES, YES, and if I haven't made my point YES AGAIN

I had a call one day that went like this.

Caller: There's smoke coming from under my house, do you think it could be an electrical problem?

ME: Have you called the FD?

Caller: Well I thought I would check with an electrical contractor first.

ME: Call the FD now and don't waste any time doing it. Call back after this is checked by them. I'm hanging up so you can call 911 goodby.

Go figure.

Never did hear back from the caller.

Roger
