I will be making 4' X 1' holes i several walls to run conduit racks through, can someone suggest the best way to fire seal after runs are complete?

Thanks for any help.

A hole that big is not going to be fun to seal. About all I can suggest is that you wrap the pipes in putty pads as you're installing them - then dam and pour a seal around the perimeter when you're done.
