On one job here by me, over a weekend somebody ( I think in a landscapers truck) came on a job site, walked up 3 flights of stairs, pushed 4 very large reels on 500 MCM copper wire off the building, rolled them into the truck and took off. On that next Monday the EC's came onto the site only to find that all their CU wire was gone. It had to be an inside job, because nobody knew that the EC's were leaving that wire up there. Except for maybe the maintenance people.? Hmm?
They never found anyone to blame.
