Each descent size factory has a maintenance department. It takes care of lighting problems.
If factory too small (shop) there is not enough steady job for this kind of service (ballasts and tubes exchange).
Also, from my experience, industrial facilities call contractors only for relatively "big" jobs. Which own maintenance pepople can not handle.
I work alone. That's why I did not focuse on industrial sector.
Maybe, I am wrong missing some potential opportunities?
