What is that in upper left side of pic? Stenciling looks similar to side of quazite box.

This was from a stop light controller as best I could tell. The streetlight may have gone through it too.

Greg,

My wife always gets mad at me when I want to stop and take pictures of electrical violations too. I won't stop to have my picture taken, but if there is an electrical violation, I stop.
