Visit a service shop for the washer trade; they'll probably be happy to make you a copy.

Washer motors are a unique design, and the arrangement of the capacitors - yours probably has three - isn't obvious.

A secondary source is the washer manufacturer, though he;ll probably need the machine serial number.

What you're going to need to do is work out how that controller unit switches the windings.
I take it you either want slow or fast on this motor?

I can't see why you just can't hook up a phase to wires 2 and 6 to give you the slow speed and obviously a neutral to 5 to give you the slow speed.
High speed would be 3 + 7 + 2 + 6.

Oh and by the way, them bare wires coming out of the motor, they aren't neutrals, they are anti-EMI bonding wires, they need to be earthed.
