We have fire inspectors who will make you clear out around the panels but as soon as he goes the stuff starts creeping back in. The smart HOAs will stall the inspector at the gate a minute or two so they can push everything out of the way and get a clean report.

Ditto to what Greg said. Our uniform fire guys take care of 'housekeeping' issues after a CO is issued.

They have very $$$$$ ticket books!
