I have seen both the "in-line" bonding pipe that is pictured above, I have also seen the new bonding plates that go in the skimmer, to insure that the water is bonded to the bonding grid. I also see more and more above ground (A/G) pools coming through and they are almost always totally plastic or plastic coated metal. There doesn't seem to be anything left to bond to on the pool anymore.
