could someone tell me where i can find a list of the new changes to the code.i tried to find them buy typing it in .i only know a few of them thanks.

CSA doesn't publish a list of changes that I know of.
The Victoria office of the BCSA and City of Victoria did a joint code changes seminar and maybe you can get a copy of the presentation. Your 2009 code book will have a delta in the margin where changes were made and by far most are editorial.
The really big changes are Tamper proof receptacles in dwelling units and the changes in ground conductor sizes especially where artificial electrodes are used.
