Thanks for input guys!

Got it, I think. Treat it as a single family dwelling - deck on front requires GFI. Back is entry to 2 car garage, under dwelling. May put GFI on side, at lower level grade.

Circuit for GFI? Like I've always done it - go thru the wal and pick up nearest outlet.

I am not sure if anyone mentioned this, but if a new HVAC system was put in, they might need a receptacle within 25' of the compressor outside.
