Hi there folks,
Just a little bit of advice.

When you post a new thread, please make sure that the thread title is spelt correctly, before you hit the "submit" button.
Only the Original post thread title can be edited, but the rest of the posts in the thread keep their original spelling.

No biggie really, I'm not going to single anyone out, because, I'm sure we've all done this at least once here, but it is something to watch. grin

Cheers,
Mike. cool

Not sure spelling or grammar is terribly important in the context of this forum, but we all do our best, I'm sure. We usually get the message, whatever the standard of our prose.

Now, listen to some of Sir Stanley Unwin's English. That really is a challenge!

...and speaking of 'o's, be careful when buying them or a 13 Amp BS 1363 plug in the UK, especially in an old-fashioned hardware store like this one...

Thats why I use the Firefox browser. It has a great spell check feature. You can even add trade names to the dictionary so you will not get a error on words like "wirenut".

Mike, Just an FYI Spelt is not a word. Spelled would be correct. Normally I would not care, just the nature of the post and all.LOL

Well, it IS, it just isn't the past tense of "spell".

Obsaleet and NJ Wirenut,
I guess the Oxford English Dictionary would clear things up

Either "spelt" or "spelled" is correct.

Wikipedia isn't all it's cracked up to be.
