Unfourtunately with that idea, you still pay somebody something and Uncle Sugar wants his cut.

Sometimes not getting what you want can be an incredible stroke of luck.

Hiring from a 'temp' agency will impact your liability insurance.
You need to watch your own back.

They will come audit you at the end of the policy term and 'adjust' for things like subcontracting, been there done that.
Ask them.
