Tesla.......

Very informative post....
I will be estimating only the secondary feed wires and conduit...plus the Metered Pedestals on this project.
Sounds like you have some experience doing primary and all.
I spoke with the power company today and we have already
eliminated one transformer. Your right about the transformer
placement because they have them drawn close to the road where they could be rammed by someone. It would be nice to
relocate them near the back of the lots but they insist
it's hard to get trucks back there to change one out if need be.
I read your post carefully and....all the posts above.
I'm getting some good advice here and appreciate the comments....I like to learn and like the discussion terry

If i recalled right with one park the way the system set up for the weekenders that park did set up meterless power pedstel but for seasonal user they did set up with meter pedestail for that area.

the nonmetered pedestail what they did set up make a few multiruns of 200a rated conductors { typically 300KCM{150mm²}AL and the master breaker for that section is 1200 amp 1Ø with total of 6X 200's and each 200 amp " submain " breaker feed to 5 nonmetered pedestail group.
For metered verison there is master breaker there on the secondary conductor but right after the POCO transformer after that they ran in spur format { I don't recall excat number but I know it is over 25 total on that one }

Merci,Marc

Pas de problme,il marche n'est-ce pas?"(No problem, it works doesn't it?)
