1 Inch inch conduit stubs up from mtr to under cable tray.
Cable trays grounded , Tray cable from tray to Conduit has equipment grounding conductor. Since cable tray is Not a raceway and Tray cable contains a equipment grounding conductor, Is a bonding bushing required and jumper from conduit to tray required.

Is your conduit connected to the tray at all? I have never recommended a bonding bushing and jumper if there is a clamped connection.
