Realistically yes, but you really should have a professional come out and look at it. If you are not happy with the first guy that came to look at your house, you should call someone else and see what they say. If more than 3 people say the same thing, then chances are they see something that we cannot see here. I do hope you get this worked out, but you should really consult a professional.
