ECN Forum Forums General Topics of the Trade General Discussion Area Changing a light bulb trips OTHER circuits?

I'm going to check the ground system for safety reasons, but for the time being, we're treating this trip like it's a freak occurance and aren't too concerned about doing anything to fix it. It's more of a driving curiosity to figure out WHY??? than any practical reasons.
