I would like to know haw many of you Jersey guys have:
Seen a copy of the UCC. (5:23 et al)
Know what's within it.
Read any of it.
Know how much it pertains to you & your trade.

Anyone ever seen or read the DCA Communicator?

Thanks gentlemen

John,

Your asking the impossible, how can any NJ Contractor tell you what is in the code, It is something you have to buy!!! Rehab section is free, how about some questions on that?

Les:
I'm trying to make an informal poll, something to show that 19 out of 21 (example) EC's basically have no access to the UCC. Bottom line is to suggest to the higher-ups that it should be readily available to Lic EC's.

Additionally, it should have a 'wider' visability in CEU courses. I have intentions on prep & submittal for approval, at least 4 to 5 hours of 'items of interest' to EC's. Hopefully approved for this 34 hr cycle.

As to Rehab....that's one. Also, Energy, ADA, Electrical Sub-Code, Egress, etc.

At least you and Roger 'stepped up to the plate'. C'mon guys!!

Good plan, John

One of the CEU's I attended covered some of the Rehab sections, Yes, there is a need for UCC regulations.
