How about dropping a dime and calling the anonymous 800 number to OHSA? It sounds like that's the only thing that these boobs would understand.
They sound like the kind who hire only folks who are expendable...if people die, they'll just hire more workers and work them until they die...then repeat.

no SS, just the usual cooled rolled and.....Galv.

but I have some N95 masks for the fumes, and
there is a huge roof fan where the table is set-up too..but I grind the hell out of the joints,and go through a lot of cold Galv paint as well

wasn't aware of the Chromium but I haven't welded SS since I was in the service
