I am not sure. Have you downloaded java from www.java.com it seems to be better than windows java for me anyhow. Plus if your using Firefox you may need an additional plugin

Use the same ECN username (as in RDK) as well as the password that you use to log in to these forums.
Only other thing I can think of that could be causing a problem like this, is that you haven't got cookies enabled in your web-browser.
BTW I'm heading into the Chat room now.
