Always bear in mind that you never change jobs for a lesser amount of pay, no matter how good the job is.
I took a job with a printing business last year, sure it was a cut in pay, but I thought that the lifestyle would suit me.
Lo and behold 3 months into the job, they lumped a whole lot of "extra" work on to me to be done after my shift was supposed to be finished.
Which BTW was menial labouring stuff because the supervisors had scared all the night staff away!.
I'm not party to that at all.
Instead of finishing at 2am I was finishing at 7am, on the same salary, not an hourly rate!.
I just said one day that I can't handle this and left, I've gained a lot in money and I don't have clowns working under me, I'm back at the PoCo.
